Angus was born in Billings, Montana.  He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University in 1972, a Juris Doctor from the University of Montana School of Law in 1975 and an LL.M. in Taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1977.

Angus focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, trust administration, tax law, probate and business planning.  He represents individuals, corporations, small business owners and farmers and ranchers across the State of Montana.  Angus is admitted to practice law in the State courts of Montana and is a member of the State Bar of Montana.  Angus holds an AV-preeminent rating with Martindale-Hubbell and is listed in Best Lawyers in America.
