Afton E. Ball

Afton grew up in Reed Point, Montana.  After attending Dawson Community College and playing basketball for the Lady Bucs, Afton ultimately completed her undergraduate education at Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, Michigan, obtaining a B.A. in Economics. She and her husband then traveled to Missouri where she attended Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.

Afton primarily practices in civil litigation with an emphasis in employment law, business defense, real property matters, and farm and ranch disputes.  Afton has successfully represented clients in jury trials, bench trials, and administrative claims related to motor vehicle accidents and personal injury, business disputes, wrongful discharge, wage claims, discrimination claims, family ranch partnership disputes, and insurance bad faith.
